Changelog
The language is now part of the address (/de/… or /en/…), so a link to a page always opens in the language you copied it in. Old links and bookmarks keep working.
The start page now has short videos showing the main features, from creating a character to finding a date, writing notes and keeping a compendium with your group.
Accounts without a password now always have to confirm an email address change with a passkey or sign-in service, even right after signing in.
If Discord or Google reports a different confirmed email address when you sign in, you can now use it for your account right away.
Logging in with Discord no longer asks for your approval every time, only the first time.
Your group can now leave short comments under each set of game day notes, such as "What was the merchant called?", and tick answered questions off as done; comments that are new since your last visit are marked.
Your group can now upload pictures to each game day, such as maps, handouts or photos from the table; a click shows them large.
Pictures on game days can now be commented on, just like notes; new comments are marked on the thumbnail.
Pictures on game days can now have a description, including links to the compendium.
You can now spot new comments in your groups without opening them: a small dot on the "Groups" menu item shows there are some, and the group list gives the count for each group.
New in groups: the game master can put dates up for a vote, everyone marks yes, maybe or no for their characters, and the chosen days become game days with one click.
New groups now start with the lexicon categories People, Places, Factions and Items, so you can add your first entry right away.
Attributes and resistances now appear as clear tiles with a large total on the printed sheet.
The printed sheet now shows only the result for recovery and the recovery multiplier, without the individual factors.
Life, power and exhaustion points are now laid out more compactly and clearly on the printed sheet.
New "Spell Casting Modifiers" section on the character sheet: the table shows the modifiers for your realm and works out the spell levels to match your character's level.
Spell lists now get a fixed bonus depending on their kind, from +10 for your own base lists to -40 for other arcane base lists. If you entered this yourself in the "Special" column so far, please remove it there.
When creating a character, the percentages for races, cultures and professions now state right there that they only compare numbers from the rulebook and say nothing about which character you will enjoy.
Spell lists on the sheet are now sorted into own realm, other realm and arcane, and each section can be collapsed. Empty groups no longer take up rows of their own and are collected, with their costs, under “Still empty”.
For spell lists, “Choose spell list …” now comes first, and next to it “Add custom list” lets you create a list of your own.
New under "Tools" in the menu: the spell casting calculator shows the total modifier for your spell and what it is made up of straight away.
A calculator icon next to each spell list on the character sheet now opens the spell casting calculator, already filled in for your character and that spell list.
The spell list picker and the spell casting calculator now start back at the top when you open them again.
The buttons for spell groups that are still empty are now smaller and less prominent.
New when creating a character: If you like, races, cultures and professions now show as a percentage how well they might suit what you have already picked, with the most promising at the top of each group.
The skill Penetrate Armor is now called Transcend Armor.
Every entry in the character list and the group list is now its own tile you can click anywhere on.
The form for a new character now only appears once you click "Create a new character" below your character list, and restoring from a backup sits right next to it.
New sourcebook Construct Companion: its nine training packages can now be picked, and its spell lists are now in the spell list picker as training package lists, following the book's “4.2.2 Controlled” option. If your group plays a different option, you can of course add them to another skill group instead.
The skills of “Technical/Trade - Professional” and “Technical/Trade - Vocational” were sorted into each other's category. They are now in the right one, and every profession pays the same: Professional 8, Vocational 5/12.
The group page is tidier: game days and the compendium sit side by side as tabs, with requests, characters and the invite link in a column next to them.
When picking a race, culture, profession or training package, you can now type to search the list.
The skill type column now shows just the first letter, so the table fits narrower screens without sideways scrolling; opening it lists the full name and multiplier, such as "Everyman (×2)".
Searching the pickers now highlights the matching text and shows the book and page next to each entry; on a phone the search opens across the top of the screen.
The login page used to pop up a passkey prompt on every visit, which got in the way when signing in with a password – that's fixed now, and a passkey login only starts from its own button.
The source citation windows now open upwards when they would run off the bottom of the screen, and "unknown" explains on click why the source is missing – before, that was only a mouse-over tooltip.
Game masters get an email when someone asks to join their group, and players are told by email when their character is accepted, declined or removed. You can turn this off under “Account”.
New on the group page: “Print” lets you pick individual game days and compendium entries and prints them as a clean layout.
After creating a character, a note explains what is already filled in and where to go next, and the to-do list opens right away.
New in groups: everyone in the round can add game days and write their own notes for them, visible to the whole group, to the game master only, or just to themselves. Each game day also lets you tick off which characters were there.
New in groups: a shared compendium for people, places and anything else your round wants to remember, in categories you choose yourselves. Write [[Name]] in your notes to link an entry, and each entry shows the game days it was mentioned on.
Printed and PDF character sheets show the sourcebook references (book and page) for race, culture and profession again.
The attribute value recommendation now spreads the points across more of your profession's attributes and picks values that actually pay off when the potential is rolled. Melee fighters get more Quickness, and characters who cast no spells are no longer advised to put points into spellcasting attributes.
Buttons now have a grey fill, so they are easier to tell apart from input fields.
When adding a spell list, the lists that belong in the chosen spell group by the rules now come first. To put a list into a different group, pick it right at that list via “Other group”.
For a new character, the stats table now suggests a value under each temp field, showing how to spend the 660 points to suit your profession and realm of power while offsetting your race's penalties where possible.
An arcane profession's own base lists now cost the same on every rank instead of getting more expensive at higher ranks.
When you start development mode, the sheet now points out to-dos that are still open, since they may affect which ranks you want to invest in.
Stats are now locked during development mode. When you end it, the sheet asks whether to roll the stat gain for every stat.
Spell list groups now show their cost per rank range under the group name, and the edit dialog lets you adjust each rank range on its own.
In development mode, spell lists now cost what the rulebook says: the cost rises with the ranks a list already has, and from the sixth list learned in one level on, ranks cost double, from the eleventh on four times as much.
The cost of spell lists from training packages has been corrected for several professions.
Source citations are shorter: they show the book's abbreviation instead of its full title, for example "CL p.34". Clicking one still shows the full title.
New profession: the Nightblade is now available at character creation. It comes from Jonathan Dale's write-up, which can be downloaded from the book list.
New profession: the Ninja is now available at character creation. It comes from Jonathan Dale's write-up, which can be downloaded from the book list.
New profession: the Painless is now available at character creation. It comes from Jonathan Dale's write-up, which can be downloaded from the book list.
Source citations (e.g. "Rolemaster Zauberbuch p.42") are now clickable: clicking one shows the book's abbreviation, language, ISBN, whether you own it, and links to download it or find it on DriveThruRPG – without leaving the page.
Development mode can only be started once every attribute has a temp and a pot value — if something is missing, the sheet names the incomplete attributes.
Confirmation questions now appear in the character sheet's own design instead of a browser window, answered with "Yes" and "No" rather than "OK" and "Cancel".
Ending development mode now records in the change log how many of your available development points you spent this level.
The weight penalty now sits in the armor table instead of below the equipment list, and it is shown per armor: from how much carried weight it applies.
The sheet now reads in inches and pounds as well: a switch in the header changes height, weight, carried weight and movement rate, and a single character can be pinned to its own units. In English the sheet starts out in inches and pounds until you switch it yourself.
After logging in, your own books are marked as owned right away — no need to reload the page anymore.
The equipment list now shows your weight penalty: the carried weight it starts at and how it grows with every further weight step. It follows your strength, body weight and the armour you wear.
Armour penalties now appear with a minus sign on the sheet, the way the rulebook prints them. The armour table reads more calmly with it: the numbers line up, and the value in brackets is gone wherever it only repeated the one beside it.
Level, experience and development points now sit together in one row above the life, power and exhaustion points. The recovery multiplier and soul power are in the life points tile, and the group and source are shown at the top of the character sheet.
In the inventory you can now keep track of your coins, from tin to mithril. An item's description only appears when you need it.
In the inventory you can now enter a quantity per item, and the total weight of everything you carry is shown.
A slim bar under the header jumps straight to the sections of the character sheet, such as attributes, armor, inventory or skills, and shows where you currently are.
Characters in your account can now have a portrait: just click the image icon next to the name and upload a picture.
The "Move to your account" button for locally saved characters is now easier to spot: it sits below the other actions as its own labelled button.
The compact print view for skills now shows the same small icon in front of each category as the sheet view.
An uploaded or removed character image now shows up in the print immediately, without needing to reload the page.
The realm of power is now chosen when a character is created (if the chosen profession allows more than one) and can no longer be changed afterwards.
Starting development mode now also asks whether to raise the character's level by one.
The skill group heading no longer stays pinned to the top while scrolling through the list – only the column headers above it stay fixed while scrolling down the skill list.
Every skill category now shows a small icon next to its name, making the long skill list easier to scan.
Browser search (Ctrl+F) now reliably jumps to skill groups on the character sheet – previously, some matches far down the skill list left the page stuck without scrolling.
Development mode now shows tick boxes instead of a rank input: one box per rank you may still buy this level, each naming its cost on hover.
Your account now emails you whenever a way of signing in changes: password changed or removed, a new password set via "Forgot password", and Discord, Google, Steam or a passkey added or removed. Deleting your account is confirmed by email too.
An account can now also be created with a passkey or with Steam – the matching button asks for your email address and username first. And you now set up a password in your account instead of through "Forgot password".
Fixed: after ordinary clicking around the account, logging out, linking a login service or the password prompt could suddenly be refused with "too many requests". The limits now leave everyday use alone.
Once you have ticked which books you own in the Books tab, you can switch to "Only content from my books": the character creation form, the training package and spell list pickers and the overview tables then show only what you can actually look up. Next to the switch you can see how many entries are hidden right now.
Under "Available content", source citations now sit in two columns side by side: your own language on the left, the other one on the right. Where no page is known for your language, the column is marked unknown — tell us via Feedback if you know it.
Three new professions are now available at character creation: the Essence-based, Channeling-based, and Mentalism-based Alchemist.
Security-relevant account changes: changing your email, deleting your account, adding a passkey or a connected account — now ask for a fresh confirmation with your password, a passkey or a connected account.
If you also sign in with a connected account or a passkey, you can now remove your password in your account.
Your name in the top right now opens a menu with your account and sign-out.
The login page remembers which way you signed in last in this browser and marks it.
When signing in, a saved passkey is now offered directly in the email field by your browser or password manager.
New profession: the Sword-Dancer is now available at character creation. It comes from Jonathan Dale's write-up, which can be downloaded from the book list.
A character's change log now shows only the most recent 20 entries at first; a button underneath loads more when needed.
The character sheet responds noticeably faster when you type in values, especially for casters with many spell lists.
New training packages from the Mentalism Companion are now available to pick, including Beastmaster, Dream Traveller, Oracle and Sage.
Spell lists from training packages now land in the matching category: a list of a foreign realm sits with the other-realm lists instead of the own-realm ones.
The spell list picker now covers Essence, Mentalism and Arcane as well: every open and closed list plus the evil lists of those realms, each with its sourcebook page. Arcane lists are open to every caster, even outside their own realm.
Spell lists are now picked in a window of their own instead of one long dropdown: with a search, sections by profession and realm, a sourcebook page next to every list, and a confirmation before adding one. This also opens up the lists of other professions and other realms.
Wizard and Chaotic are now complete: their own base lists, profession bonuses and development costs. Both no longer sit under "incomplete" in the profession picker.
Five new training packages from the Arcane Companion are available: Famulus, Manipulator, Necromancer, Runemaster and Warlock, plus the new skills Anatomy and Paper-making.
Every page now loads faster. The start page only loads the tables for cultures, professions, training packages and books once you click that tab instead of upfront, and the contact form is only loaded when you open it.
The "Witch" training package now hands out 2 ranks in the "Liquid/Gas Skills" spell list instead of the old fixed "Liquid/Gas" list.
The spell list picker now has training package lists as a kind of their own, with the Essence lists from the Essence Companion. They go into the "Spells, Own Realm Training Package" row, or the "Spells, Other Realm Training Package" one when the list is of another realm.
The skill groups "Spells, Own Realm Training Package" and "Spells, Other Realm Training Package" are available on the sheet again.
The spell list picker now also has the further open and closed Essence lists from the Essence Companion.
The Mentalism Companion's spell lists are in: the base lists of seer, astrologer, enchanter and armsmaster, plus the Mentalism training package lists. New characters of those professions get their six base lists right at creation.
Seer, Astrologer, Enchanter and Armsmaster are now complete: profession bonuses for the spell groups and the preset skill kinds are in. They no longer sit under "incomplete" in the profession picker.
The spell list picker now shows the realm once per section instead of on every list, and long rows no longer run into each other.
The contact form now has an optional email field. If you'd like a reply, you can leave your address there – no account needed.
The Channeling realm's open, closed and evil spell lists can now be picked. More realms are coming.
Picked spell lists now show their source-book reference next to their name.
Fix: When leveling up, the number of ranks purchasable per level is now capped for every development-cost chart, including charts with three or more values. Previously those allowed unlimited ranks in a single level.
The progression curve and the attributes behind a skill group's bonus no longer sit on their own line under the group name — hover the bonus value to see them instead.
New: On the "Available content" page's Books tab, you can now tick which sourcebooks you own — references then prefer the edition you actually have on your shelf. Without an account the selection is saved in your browser; logged in, it's saved on your account.
To-dos and group labels now read properly: “1 rank” instead of “1 rank(s)” and “1 skill” instead of “1 skill(s)” — singular and plural follow the actual number.
The life, power and exhaustion point tiles now also show the penalty chart: for every point range you can see straight away which penalty applies once that many points are gone. The ranges are already worked out from your own maximums, so there is no percentage maths to do.
Will power is gone from the sheet, since it is not part of this rule system. The big tile row above it is gone: level, experience, soul power, recovery multiplier, armor type, realm of power and height now sit more compactly in the header, the armor table, or the character info.
The change list now shows the level as well. When you enter experience points, it tells you right
there whether the character gained a level, instead of leaving you to work it out from the points.Raising the level — directly or through the experience points — now asks whether to start development
mode. Decline and it stays out of the way; the button next to the development points still starts it
whenever you want.New feature: The character sheet can now be downloaded as a fully laid out PDF from the print dialog, with the sections you picked and in the language you're currently using. This mainly helps on phones and in browsers whose print function did not show the sheet properly, or at all.
Fixed: A sheet you may only look at — through a share link, or someone else's character as a game master — printed washed-out grey throughout, from the name down to every entered value. On paper it now comes out in full black.
Shared and read-only character sheets now let you use the to-do list, the armor table and the jump links as usual — nothing can still be changed.
Temp values can now be entered below the character creation minimum — you just get asked to confirm. Previously the value was silently raised again, even though a re-roll can push it below that anyway.
Each stat in the stats table can now be unfolded to show every skill group that draws its bonus from it, cheapest first — clicking a group jumps to its row in the skill table. The list does not appear on a printed sheet.
On long pages a button appears in the bottom right corner that jumps back to the top of the page.
The base lists of your profession can now be deleted, and added back any time from the picker in the spell category, instead of sitting in the sheet for good. Also fixed: the "Animal Friend" and "Hunter" packages granted a rank in the "hiding" spell list instead of the "hiding" skill.
The spell categories now always sit at the end of the skill table, in a fixed order: own realm first (base list, open, closed, foreign base list), then the other realm, then arcane.
Body Development and Power Point Development now always sit at the top of the skill table, with a small gap before the rest of the groups.
The max Life Points and Power Points numbers are now clickable and jump to their skill group.
Armor types in the armor table are now clickable and jump to their related skill. Skin/cloth, robe, light and heavy fur are marked "no armor" since they aren't real armor.
Armor skills (Soft Leather, Rigid Leather, Chain, Plate) now show a small line with the current and minimum penalty for each armor type they govern.
Skills with no ranks invested now appear dimmed in the table, so the skills you've actually put ranks into stand out more.
The Arcanist profession is now fully playable, including its base lists (Mana Law, Power Focus, Power's Master, Spell Shaping, Void Law, Wards).
Training packages that call for one specific spell list now add it, with its ranks, to the matching group automatically — no manual step needed. When a package offers a choice between several lists, it still shows as a to-do, and those lists can now be added through a picker instead of being typed in as free text.
Renamed skills (ranks are kept): "Sleight of Hand" → "Trickery", "Mimic Sounds" → "Mimicry", "Mime" → "Mimery", "Improvised Poetry" → "Poetic Improvisation", "Storytelling" → "Tale Telling", "Endurance Running" → "Distance Running", "Endurance Climbing" → "Scaling", "Escape Artist" → "Contortions", "Falling" → "Diving", "Ice Skating" → "Skating", "Persuasion" → "Duping", "Operate Vehicle" → "Serve", "Trapping" → "Trapper", "Woodworking" → "Woodcrafts", "Leatherworking" → "Leathercrafts", "Metalworking" → "Metalcrafts", "Ropework" → "Rope Mastery", "Stoneworking" → "Stonecrafts", "Impressive Maneuver" → "Swashbuckling", "Weather Forecasting" → "Weather Watching", "Remove Stun" → "Stun Removal", "Berserking" → "Frenzy", "Photographic Memory" → "Mnemonics", "Street Smarts" → "Streetwise", "Make Contacts" → "Contacting", "Blend in with Crowd" → "Mingling", "Local Knowledge" → "Scrounging", "Map Drawing" → "Mapping", "Apply Prepared Herbs" → "Using Prepared Herbs", "Appraise Metal" → "Evaluate Metal", "Appraise Armor" → "Evaluate Armor", "Appraise Stone" → "Evaluate Stone", "Helmsmanship" → "Boat Pilot", "Appraise Weapons" → "Evaluate Weapon", "Diagnosis" → "Diagnostics", "Mechanics" → "Mechanition", "Sense Time" → "Time Sense", "Shadowing" → "Surveillance", "Detect Poison" → "Poison Perception", "Detect Lies" → "Lie Perception", "Examine Tracks" → "Reading Tracks", "Track" → "Tracking", "Find Hidden" → "Locate Hidden", "Detect Ambush" → "Sense Ambush", "Folklore (Own)" → "Race Lore (Own)", "Mathematics" → "Basic Math".
The button next to the development points entry now shows its label next to the icon, and ends development mode when it's running. While development mode is running, two to-dos appear in the list: invest all your development points, then re-roll the temporary attribute values.
Todos that refer to a skill group or specific skills now show their names as links — clicking one jumps to the matching row on the sheet, briefly highlighted. Clicking the name of a popular skill jumps to its row as well.
Todos can no longer be ticked off by accident: checking one now asks for confirmation and shows the todo's text again. Unchecking still happens right away.
Ticked-off todos are now shown in a paler colour, so the open ones stand out more.
"Situational Awareness" is now called "Situational Awareness (General)" and is restricted, since the skill really has to be learned per kind. On existing characters the rank type is filled in once, only where none was chosen yet.
Penetrate Armor, Animal Mastery, Adrenal Stabilization, Control Lycanthropy, Trance Purification, Trance Death, Spatial Orientation and Perceive Reality are now restricted skills. On existing characters the rank type is filled in once, only where none was chosen yet.
"Survival" is now called "Survival (Arctic)" — your ranks are kept — and newly added is "Survival (Desert)". Where "Survival" used to be granted outright, you now pick the environment yourself via a to-do.
New feature: One button now re-rolls all temp attribute values at once, instead of one at a time.
New feature: Rolling attribute and potential values now shows a small dice animation, with a brief popup showing which dice were rolled and the result.
New feature: characters in your account can be shared by link via the share button — other people can view the sheet without an account, but can't change anything. You can revoke the link or create a new one at any time.
Skill groups on the character sheet are now sorted alphabetically and automatically re-sort when you switch language.
Improved: the character name field at the top of the sheet was far wider than it needed to be – it now hugs the length of the name.
When creating a character, you can now pick any culture, not just the ones typical for the chosen race. Typical cultures still show up top in the list, with all others below under "Other cultures".
A profession now shows whether it is a non, semi, hybrid, or pure spell user – in the character creation form and in the professions reference table. The professions reference table is now sorted by spell user type, then by name, and the profession picker in character creation is grouped the same way.
Restricted skills now only count whole half-ranks: an odd number of ranks is rounded down instead of counting half a rank, as the rules require.
New "Books" tab under "Available content": it lists every sourcebook the values on the sheet come from, with its language and — where known — the ISBN of the edition the page numbers refer to.
When the culture has the same name as the race, it is no longer shown twice in the character sheet's header.
The character list is easier to scan: the name now sits larger on its own line, with race, culture, profession and group below it, and the created/last saved dates on the line under that.
The Mage Hunter profession is now fully playable, including its base lists (Amplifications, Containing Ways, Hunter's Call, Power Lore, Spell Protection, Spell Tracker).
Sourcebook references now take the selected language into account: when a source is only known in German or in another language, a small "DE" hint tag next to "Available content" flags that, with an explanation and, where known, the matching editions.
Improvement: The English names of the training packages were previously auto-translated and have now been checked against the sourcebooks and corrected.
Small change: The hint on foreign-language sourcebook references now actively asks for feedback via the Feedback form if you know where the passage is in the other language's book.
Improvement: The training package picker is now grouped by Vocational/Lifestyle. After picking a
package, its source, duration and development point cost are shown right away.Picking a training package now also shows its type (vocational/lifestyle). For many professions, the picker also highlights which packages are typical for them.
The training package picker now also highlights typical packages for the Summoner, Dervish, Warlock, Mythic Paladin, Warrior Mage, Runemage, Mana Molder and Mage Hunter professions. This selection was made by thematic fit rather than taken from an official source – feedback on it is welcome.
Text across the sheet is larger and easier to read, and now also follows your browser's font size setting. Printing is unchanged.
The theme picker in the header is now a single icon button instead of a dropdown: one click cycles through Auto, Light and Dark, and the icon shows the active theme.
On the account page, passkeys and connected login providers (Discord, Google, Steam) now show when they were last used to log in. Passkeys also have a name now, which can be changed at any time.
Printing is now configurable: clicking the printer icon opens a dialog where you choose which parts of the sheet go on paper, plus a compact skill view for printing instead of the wide table. Everything stays visible and editable on screen as before.
The inventory takes up much less room when printed: items are now grouped by storage location (the location is a heading with its total weight instead of being repeated on every row), the description sits under the item name and only when there is one, and the list prints in two columns.
New feature: A star next to a skill pins it to the "Popular skills" list at the top of the sheet, showing name, ranks and total bonus — can be switched off in the print settings.
Three skills were renamed: "Sneaking" is now "Stalking", "Use Magic Item" is now "Attunement" and
"Sense Magic" is now "Power Perception". Ranks and bonuses you already entered carry over
automatically.
The Warrior Mage profession is now fully playable, including its base lists (Combat Ways, Combat Illusions, Spell Defense, Warrior's Enhancements, Warrior's Weapons, Will of the Warrior).
Several skills were renamed to be closer to the original English terms: Animal Lore → Fauna Lore, Plant Lore → Flora Lore, Bowl Over → Tackling, Throw → Sweeps, Floor Acrobatics → Tumbling, Aerial Acrobatics → Acrobatics, Focus → Adrenal. Already-invested ranks carry over automatically on your next load/save.
New feature: You can now log in and register with Google, in addition to Discord. Google can be connected or disconnected on the Account page.
New feature: You can now change your login name in the Account area (once every 30 days). The login name, email and password sections there are now collapsed by default.
The "Phantom Paladin" profession has been renamed to "Mythic Paladin".
The Rune Mage profession is now fully playable, including its base lists (Commanding Will, Inscriptions, Nomenclature Mastery, Physical Manipulations, Symbolism, Warding Ways).
The Mana Molder profession is now fully playable, including its base lists (Mana Barriers, Mana Items, Mana Molding, Mana Servants, Mana Warriors, Glyphs).
New "Support" page (linked in the footer): it explains how to support the project — send feedback, share the site (copy the link or share it directly), contribute rule data and translations, and leave a voluntary tip via PayPal. Using the sheet stays free, and a tip buys nothing in return.
Steam can now be connected to your account as an extra way to log in: connect it once under "Account", after that one click on "Log in with Steam" on the login page is enough.
The per-rank cost now shows next to the group name instead of its own column, and skill name, "Bonus" and "Total" are now shown in bold.
Logging in with Discord now returns you to the page that sent you to the login — an invite link to a round, for instance. It used to always drop you on the character list, while password and passkey login already kept the invite link.
Every Rolemaster page now lives under `/rolemaster` — landing page, character list, character sheet and rounds. Old bookmarks and invite links already sent out keep working and redirect to the new address automatically.
New feature: Any logged-in user can now create a group (a playing round), run it as its game master, and invite players by link to join with a character. If a character is edited in two places at once, nothing is lost any more — the sheet offers to pick up the other side's changes while keeping your own.
The floating "Used DP" badge in development mode can now be expanded: it lists every skill and skill group that got ranks added this session. Clicking an entry scrolls straight to its row in the table.
Every character in the list now has an edit button that opens its character sheet directly.
The overview page is laid out anew: a "My Characters" box with the character list at the top, and the box for creating a new character below it.
Characters that only live in your browser are now clearly marked in the character list and on the sheet — they disappear with your browser data and never show up on your other devices. Right next to the note you can create an account or download a backup.
The registration page now offers "Sign up with Discord" as an alternative to the form – until now the Discord route was only offered on the login page.
You can now change your account's email address under "Account" — the change only takes effect once you open the confirmation link sent to the new address. The old address receives a notification for security.
Recovery rates are now rounded to whole points and are at least 1 per period.
New feature: The character sheet now has a print button that lays the sheet out ready for printing.
Improvement: On mobile the header and footer now fit the screen properly – navigation is tucked into a menu button.
New feature: A "Feedback" link in the footer now lets you report bugs or send ideas – with or without an account.
Registration, password reset and the feedback form now include a quick automatic bot check – no puzzle, just a tick.
The change log now also records changes to the character's name and to the inventory – items added and removed, and changes to an item's name, description, location and weight.
Better overview of your armour: the table now only lists the armour types selected for printing. A button below the table shows all remaining types and hides them again.
New "Account" page (reachable via your login name in the top right): change your password, or permanently delete your account and all its character sheets.
New feature: Log in and register with Discord. An existing email/password account can also be
connected to (or disconnected from) Discord from the Account page.New feature: Register and log in with email, login name and password.
New feature: A passkey (e.g. fingerprint, face recognition, or a security key) can now be added in
the Account page. This allows logging in without a password, with a single click.New feature: Characters can now be saved to your account after logging in, instead of only in the browser, making them accessible from any device. A new button moves an existing local character into your account.
New feature: Forgot your password? You can now request a password reset link by email from the login page.
New feature: One button now rolls all missing potential attribute values at once.
The new character sheet is live — a complete rebuild succeeding the old version. Create a character, watch the sheet calculate live, add your own skills and to-dos, develop it in level-up mode and print it as a PDF — all in one sheet, in German or English, light or dark.
