The online character sheet is a free, non-commercial fan project. The following terms of use govern the use of the service provided.

1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the online character sheet and all functions provided through it.

By using the service, you accept these terms of use.

2. Purpose of the service

The online character sheet serves solely as an aid for creating and managing characters for the Rolemaster role-playing game.

The service does not replace the official rulebooks, nor their purchase or use.

3. Availability

The operator strives to provide the service as reliably as possible. However, there is no entitlement to constant availability.

Maintenance work, technical faults, or changes to the offering may occur at any time.

4. Liability

All content, calculations, and functions are developed with the greatest possible care and are regularly reviewed. Nevertheless, errors cannot be completely ruled out.

The operator gives no warranty for the currency, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information, calculations, or functions provided.

For damages arising from the use of the service, the operator is liable only within the scope of statutory provisions.

5. User accounts

Users are themselves responsible for the security of their login credentials.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in the event of a violation of these terms of use or where there is a legitimate interest in doing so.

Inactive user accounts, including the associated character data, may be deleted after a reasonable period of time.

6. Character data

The character data stored in the online character sheet is used solely for the use of this service.

It is recommended to regularly create your own backup copies of important characters. The operator gives no warranty for the permanent storage of the data.

7. Copyright

The programming, design, and all self-created content of this website are protected by copyright.

Reproduction, editing, or distribution is not permitted without the express consent of the operator.

8. External links

Insofar as this website contains links to external websites, responsibility for their content lies exclusively with the respective operators.

9. Fan project

This project is a non-commercial fan project.

There is no connection whatsoever to the rights holders of the Rolemaster rulebooks.

Rolemaster and all associated names, trademarks, and rulebooks are the property of their respective rights holders. They are mentioned solely to describe the compatibility of this online character sheet.

10. Changes

The operator reserves the right to adapt or supplement these terms of use, the scope of functions, and the usage options of the online character sheet at any time.

This also includes changes to usage limits, for example the maximum number of characters that can be saved or the functions available.

Changes will be announced in good time. Data already saved will not be automatically deleted as a result of a change to usage limits.

11. Costs

Use of the online character sheet is free of charge.

There is no entitlement to the permanent provision of individual functions or of the service as a whole.
